Long after you are home from the beach, you can enjoy the waves on this candle!   First the Hydrostone vessel is created.  Hydrostone starts out as a powder, then it is scattered over water and mixed just right.  It is then poured into the mold and allowed to solidify.  Then the new vessel is removed from the mold and allowed to cure for several days.  Then it is hand-sanded.  Next comes the application of concrete sealer.  We use a non-toxic Eco-friendly sealer.  Three coats are applied in total over several hours.  It is then cured for a week.  Then the candle is hand-poured, and the waves are sculpted.  The final touch is application of the shells that we hand-pick on Pensacola Beach!

We use Premium Luxury Coconut Apricot wax,  Phthalate-Free Fragrance Oil, and 8 wicks which are 100% cotton.

The vessel is a 10.5″ Hydrostone platter which can be used for many purposes after the candle is done, like a fruit bowl in your kitchen. Hand towels / soap tray for the bathroom…..the list is endless!     For locals, we do offer refills.
