Frankincense oil is extracted from the resin of a tree native to Somalia, in Africa, and is wonderful for calming anxiousness and low moods that can trigger the need to turn to food to feel satiated. Rich in molecular structures called sesquiterpenes, that can cross the blood-brain barrier, frankincense oil can help to ease the negative effects of both anxiety and depression.  When you feel a hunger pang coming on, inhale a few deep breaths of frankincense oil directly from the bottle. This will induce a feeling of calm and relaxation and keep you from emotional eating.

We formulated our Frankincense Aromatherapy Candle to also include the essential oil Myrrh.  Research is finding Myrrh to have a grounding and calming effect, which aids in emotional balance.  Frankincense and Myrrh kind of go together like peas and carrots.  They compliment each other to create a luxurious, sensuous aroma that is extremely soothing to the soul.

Each candle is approximately 8 ounces and is hand-poured in small batches to ensure quality and consistency. Made with Premium Luxury Coconut Apricot wax, hand-poured into a white tin with a lid. This wax burns clean, and has superior hot throw. We use Eco-friendly, lead-free cotton wicks.

Each candle burns approximately 40-56 hrs.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS: Be sure to allow your candle to make a wax pool to the sides of the container upon the first burn for best results and even burns in future lightings. Always trim your wicks to approximately 1/4” before re-lighting. Keep away from flammable objects, Keep out of reach of children and pets, never leave a burning candle unattended, Keep away from drafts, Do not burn for more than 4 hours, allow to cool before moving or re-lighting. Do not allow wax to go below 1/4″ at bottom.
