Enjoy this slightly decadent fragrance-free soap!  We start out by infusing dried Elderflowers in Organic Olive Oil by slow-simmering jars filled with the petals and the oil for 8 hours.  The jars are then allowed to cool overnight, extracting the rich properties from the Elderflowers.  Then to the soap batter we add Elderflower Liqueur!  This creates an uber-luxurious bar of soap that lathers like crazy and feels very sumptuous.

Elderflower contains anti-oxidants that protect against sun and other free-radical damage. They have also been shown to promote blood circulation and are packed with vitamins A, B, C, and E. These are excellent for making the skin firmer, improving complexion and evening out skin tone.

Fragrance:  None.  No added fragrance or essential oils.

About:  All our soaps are hand-crafted right here at Hammock Bay Soap studio in Pensacola, Florida.  We make it in very small batches so each bar can get the love and attention it deserves.  After the soap “batter” is poured into wooden molds it is covered with cozy blankets.  Over the next 24-48 hours it goes through the saponification process and transforms into beautiful soap.  We like to say the soap is sleeping and cannot be disturbed during that time.  After the magic has occurred and it is now soap, we unmold it, hand-cut each bar one at a time, and inspect each one.  They are then lined up on curing racks and allowed to quietly rest over the next 6-8 weeks.  Whew!  Then finally, each bar is inspected yet again, hand-wrapped and prepared to embark on their journey to their new homes.

Weight:  Approximately 3.2+ oz.  Please note that all our soaps are hand-cut so actual weight may vary slightly to your advantage!  They are often higher in weight than what is listed!

To Use:  Keep your soaps in a dry, ventilated area when not in use.  You can help them last far longer by creating this perfect environment.  You may wish to purchase a wooden soap rack to help with this process.
